Henning and Keedy P.L.L.C. was formed in 1997 when Michael Keedy (a former Montana State District Court Judge) and Lee Henning (a recent import from a "big city", "big firm" practice) decided to pool their varied experience and talents to provide top quality legal representation throughout Montana, while maintaining the friendliness of a small town practice. Since its inception the firm has expanded to include three attorneys and five paralegals.

The firm remains committed to providing top quality legal representation to its clients. We strive to maintain the same quality of practice for our clients as one would expect from a major city law firm, while maintaining the informal and accommodating atmosphere one expects in this geographic area.

Our attorneys are admitted to practice in Montana, Utah, New Mexico and California, and occasionally take clients in Idaho and other states who have claims based in Montana. Mr. Keedy served as a district court judge for twelve years, and enjoys a respected reputation with the lawyers, judges, and court staff in his community.
